Pinot Noir
Our Pinot has been produced since 2004.
It is made from a mixture of vine clones, to add complexity, and receives light oak treatment prior to bottling.
It typically has lovely red berry flavours, richness, and great length on the palate.
Early vintages are continuing to improve in the bottle.
